The aim of the project is to increase the level of employability of graduates in Słupsk. The actions planned for the project were planned on the basis of the needs diagnosis of the approved Order of the Mayor of Slupsk No 381/E/2016 of 2 June 2016. the project is integrated with the project submitted under Measure 4.1 (competition no. RPPM.04.01.00-IZ.00-22-001/16). The project is in line with the scope of the strategic project: “Shaping the network of upper secondary vocational schools taking into account the needs of the sub-regional and regional labour markets” (in accordance with the Regional Strategic Programme “Active Pomerania” (Resolution of the Management Board, WP547/146/16 of 02.06.16). The project will support 3 schools in Słupsk: A team of mechanical and logistical schools, a technical school assembly and a panel of upper secondary schools No 1 providing orientation in key industries, i.e. ICT and electronics; transport, logistics and automobiles, and creative industries. The project involves the improvement of teachers’ professional skills (employers’ traineeships, courses, training courses, postgraduate studies) and students (traineeships and employers’ practices, courses, training, study visits). Support will be provided, inter alia, for 37 teachers (16K/21M) and 1050 students (120 students; 320 ZSP 1 students, 610 ZSCIL students including 213K/837M) in the framework of traineeships and traineeships. The scope of support envisaged in the project will contribute to the specific objectives of improving students’ chances of succeeding in the labour market; adjusting teachers’ professional skills to the requirements of the labour market; increasing and systematising vocational and higher education cooperation with employers and higher education; strengthen the attractiveness of vocational training offers. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnialności absolwentów szkół w Mieście Słupsk. Działania przewidziane do realizacji w projekcie zostały zaplanowane w oparciu o diagnozę potrzeb zatwierdzoną Zarządzeniem Prezydenta Miasta Słupska nr 381/E/2016 z dnia 2 czerwca 2016 r. Projekt jest zintegrowany z projektem złożonym w ramach Działania 4.1 (konkurs nr RPPM.04.01.00-IZ.00-22-001/16). Projekt jest zgodny z zakresem przedsięwzięcia strategicznego pn. "Kształtowanie sieci ponadgimnazjalnych szkół zawodowych uwzględniającej potrzeby subregionalnych i regionalnego rynków pracy"(zgodnie z Regionalnym Programem Strategicznym "Aktywni Pomorzanie" (uchwała Zarządu WP 547/146/16 z dnia 02.06.16). Wsparciem w ramach projektu zostaną objęte 3 szkoły na terenie Miasta Słupska: Zespół Szkół Mechanicznych i Logistycznych, Zespół Szkół Technicznych oraz Zespół Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych nr 1 prowadzące kształcenie na kierunkach w ramach branż kluczowych tj. ICT i elektronika; transport,logistyka i motoryzacja oraz sektor kreatywny. W ramach projektu zaplanowano doskonalenie kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli (staże u pracodawców, kursy, szkolenia, studia podyplomowe) oraz uczniów (staże i praktyki u pracodawców, kursy, szkolenia, wizyty studyjne). Wsparciem zostanie objętych m.in. 37 nauczycieli (16K/21M) oraz 1050 uczniów (120 uczniów ZST; 320 uczniów ZSP nr 1, 610 uczniów ZSMiL w tym 213K/837M) w ramach staży i praktyk. Zakres wsparcia zaplanowany w ramach projektu przyczyni się do realizacji celów szczegółowych tj. zwiększenie szans uczniów na odniesienie sukcesu na rynku pracy; dostosowanie kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli do wymogów rynku pracy; zwiększenie i usystematyzowanie współpracy szkół zawodowych z pracodawcami oraz szkołami wyższymi; wzmocnienie atrakcyjności ofert szkół zawodowych.
