The project involves the implementation of a good education training course in the area of the county of a final product for the final product. Support for students with specific predispositions for mathematics, physics and IT (WND-POKL.09.04.00-22-002/10), implemented by Pomorskie Province in 2010-2013. Support for talented students (UZ) for mats, fiz., info will be carried out in line with the finest innovative product. in addition, it is planned to implement the UZ support for new talents: attachment, social and other The project is part of the project strategy pn “capable of Pomerania”, which includes activities carried out by district authorities (local forms of support — FW), universities (academic FW), regional government of the Pomorskie Province (FW), including proj. “Pomorski Scholarship Programme”. Support to UZ will be implemented through an innovative network of Creative Local Teaching Centres (LCNK), which is coordinated by the Teacher Education Centre in Gdańsk, which is a function of the Regional Creative Science Centre (CNK). The project aims to provide UZ with adequate development support through an appropriate identification of talents and appropriate FW (depending on the learner’s area) to acquire the following key competences (KK) (OJUE.L.2006.394.10): Maths and science. For the purposes of supporting the development of the UZ, parents/guardians of UZ will be covered. The stages in the acquisition of KK by students are further described in the explanatory memoranda in Annex 1 to the proposal. The justification for the costs per participant is given in Annex 1. Projekt zakłada wdrożenie na obszarze powiatu puckiego produktu finalnego projektu innowacyjnego "Pomorskie – dobry kurs na edukację. Wspieranie uczniów o szczególnych predyspozycjach w zakresie matematyki, fizyki i informatyki (WND-POKL.09.04.00-22-002/10), zrealizowanego przez Województwo Pomorskie w latach 2010-2013. Wspieranie uczniów uzdolnionych (UZ) w zakresie mat., fiz., inf. prowadzone będzie zgodnie z produktem finalnym proj. innowac., dodatkowo planowane jest wdrożenie wsparcia UZ w zakresie nowych obszarów uzdolnień: przyr., społ. Projekt stanowi część przedsięwzięcia strateg. pn „Zdolni z Pomorza”, obejmującego działania realizowane przez samorządy powiatowe (lokalne formy wsparcia - FW), szkoły wyższe (akademickie FW), Samorząd Województwa Pomorskiego (regionalne FW) - w tym również proj. "Pomorski program pomocy stypendialnej". Wsparcie UZ realizowane będzie z wykorzystaniem zainicjowanej w ramach proj. innowacyjnego sieci Lokalnych Centrów Nauczania Kreatywnego (LCNK), koordynowanych przez Centrum Edukacji Nauczycieli w Gdańsku, które pełni funkcję Regionalnego Centrum Nauczania Kreatywnego (RCNK). Celem projektu jest zapewnienie UZ odpowiedniego wsparcia rozwoju poprzez właściwą diagnozę uzdolnień i adekwatne FW (w zależności od obszaru uzd. ucznia), umożliwiające nabycie następujących kompetencji kluczowych (KK) (Dz.U.UE.L.2006.394.10): - matemat. i podst. kompet. naukowo-techn., - informat., - umiej. uczenia się, - społ., - inicjat. i przeds. Uzupełniająco dedykowanym wsparciem dot. wspierania rozwoju UZ objęci będą rodzice/opiekunowie UZ. Etapy nabywania KK przez uczniów opisano szerzej w uzasadnieniach w załączniku nr 1 do wniosku.
