The main objective of the project is to develop the firm Halmar by placing a new product on the market that has not yet been produced by the company. The subject matter of the project, which includes the purchase of tangible assets in the area of precision injection technology, has a country’s product innovation in the area of production of a dual film clip with an enhanced quality. At the same time, the application of the CNC treatment centre will allow for the modification of forms to the market in order to allow for innovative optimisation of the production process, which will constitute a procedural innovation at national level. As a result of the project, HALMAR has diversified its production by producing a new high-quality product. The investment is a response to the demand of the consumer market, calling for more detail about very high quality, reduced weights and repeating geometry (narrow field of tolerance). Tomato production in the system on the two shoots risks spreading shoots during plant growth, under the influence of increasing their weight. The probability of breaking the shoot depends on the variety (some always produce heavy shoots, others are weak in nature and therefore more susceptible to defects). The infringement leads to the inhibition of plant growth. Hundreds of plants per hectare can be affected. There will be a double to tomato clip. It is a spinous of the two twin rims made of a strong plastic which prevents shoots from spreading. By means of a thought-out design, there is a double possibility of setting up a clip easily and quickly. (English) | |||

Przedmiot projektu obejmujący zakup aktywów materialnych w obszarze technologii precyzyjnego wtryskiwania ma znamiona innowacji produktowej w skali kraju w obszarze produkcji podwójnego klipsa do pomidorów o podwyższonej jakości. Rozłamanie prowadzi do zahamowania wzrostu roślin. Rozwiązaniem będzie klips podwójny do pomidora. Dzięki przemyślanej konstrukcji, klips podwójny można założyć łatwo i szybko. (Polish)
