„Širenje područja socijalnog dijaloga“ SING provodi s Udrugom za pomoć i edukaciju žrtava mobbinga, afirmirajući zaštitu dostojanstva radnika unutar socijalnog dijaloga s poslodavcima - kompanijama naftnog gospodarstva. Projektom se unaprjeđuje kvaliteta dijaloga na nacionalnoj i sektorskoj razini uvođenjem novog fokusa u kolektivno pregovaranje. Projekt će educirati sindikalne povjerenike o zaštiti istraživanje o stanju svijesti i znanja o zaštiti dostojanstva među zaposlenicima kompanija te podići tehnička znanja sindikata potrebna za pregovaranje o toj temi. The project improves the quality of the dialogue at national and sectoral levels by introducing a new focus on collective bargaining. The project will educate trade union Commissioners on the protection of awareness and knowledge on the protection of dignity among companies’ employees and to build the trade unions’ technical expertise necessary to negotiate this topic.
