Svrha projekta je odgovoriti na problem nedovoljnog uključivanja građana RH u sustav cjeloživotnog učenja kroz pojačane (širenje postojećih i uvođenje novih), ciljane (različite skupine, lokalne i regionalne kampanje) i dugoročno osmišljene (strategija kontinuirane promocije CU) aktivnosti promocije cjeloživotnog učenja, a posebice obrazovanje odraslih. Također ojačat će se kapaciteti tijela i dionika sustava obrazovanja odraslih kroz razvoj i uvođenje modernih andragoških pristupa, kao i osmišljavanje obrazovne ponude koja odgovara na potrebe pojedinca, tržišta rada i visokih učilišta. The aim of the project is to address the lack of involvement of Croatian citizens in the lifelong learning system (LLL) through enhanced (expanding existing and introducing new), targeted (different groups, local and regional campaigns) and designed in the long term (CU’s continuous promotion strategy) to the promotion of lifelong learning, in particular adult learning. It will also strengthen the capacity of authorities and stakeholders in adult education systems through the development and introduction of modern Andorran approaches, as well as the development of an offering of education responsive to individual needs, labour markets and higher education institutions.
