The project concerns the construction of a production hall in the municipality of Trentino and the purchase of a production line and technical equipment for the placing on the market of a new product not previously produced by the applicant, of green boilers. The investment will allow diversification of activities and reduce the risk of cyclical developments in the sector where the firm has so far acted (steel construction) and in which other companies were the main customers. The company has environmental standards EN ISO 14000, quality in welding: PN-EN ISO 3834, and the execution of steel structures EN 1090, additionally have a unit of R & D working, inter alia, with scientists of the Rzeszów University of Technology, the University of Gdansk, the Institute of Welding in Gliwice, UDT, TÜV Rheinland, a laboratory for the destructive and non-destructive testing of InterPetro in Rzeszów, which is the basis for the development and introduction of innovative products on the market. As a result of the work of B +, an innovative turiser has been developed and tested enhancing heat exchange in the heat exchanger. This replacement exchanger has been used in a boiler burning biomass and has been extensively tested (appendix B + R report). Using a described innovative heat exchanger using a patented solution, a higher thermal input from an area unit and thus a smaller boiler mass by 5 ÷ 15 % is obtained by a higher boiler efficiency of 3 ÷ 8 % and no manual cleaning of the heat exchanger is required by automatic replacement of the exchanger. In addition, a patented turiser reduces dust emissions. However, the most important advantage of the innovative exhaust heat exchanger — water — is to reduce the fuel consumption by up to 8 % compared to the currently produced fixed-wing boilers (appendix B + R report), which translates into real economic and environmental benefits. The launch of production will make it possible to complete the niche in the market of cleaner boilers with improved efficiency. (English)

Inwestycja pozwoli zróżnicować działalność i ograniczy ryzyko zmian koniunktury w branży, w której firma działała dotychczas działała (wykonywanie konstrukcji stalowych) i w której głównymi odbiorcami były inne przedsiębiorstwa. W wyniku prac B+r opracowano i przebadano innowacyjny turbulizator intensyfikujący wymianę ciepła w rurowym wymienniku ciepła. Wymiennik ten zastał zastosowany w kotle spalającym biomasę i szczegółowo przebadany (załącznik Raport z B+R). (Polish)
