The aim of the project will be to increase the accessibility of social services in the municipality of BogResolutions by converting and changing the use of premises in a multifunctional building in Niecha, on social housing and protected premises as well as by the KIS community. Main objective of the project: “Provision of infrastructure complementary to social assistance services for persons at risk of social exclusion” Specific objectives: 1. Extend the provision of social assistance services to social housing and protected housing. 2. Reducing disparities in social assistance infrastructure between rural areas and cities. 3. Create the conditions for strengthening activation and taking action to empower people at risk of social exclusion. 4. Take comprehensive action to ensure social security assistance for people at risk of social exclusion. 5. Human, professional and social education which facilitates the achievement of economic self-reliance by people at risk of social exclusion. 6. Increasing the attractiveness of the region and its socio-economic development. 7. Improving the attractiveness of the municipality as a place of residence and work. The project covers the reconstruction of three floors — the ground floor and the first and second floors. The current housing status is that of communal living in the building, as a function of residential properties. It will be located in the first place where 1 sheltered housing (for 3 persons) and the second floor will be located, where 3 social housing (for 12 persons) will be located (for the project). On the first floor you will also provide a after-school centre (KIS), together with the social facilities. The ground floor will include, inter alia, the upgrading of premises, new partitions and walls. Part of the partitions goes into liquidation, demolition. The project also provides for the implementation of a lift connecting the ground floor. (English) | |||

Celem projektu będzie zwiększenie dostępności usług społecznych na terenie Gminy Boguchwała poprzez przebudowę i zmianę sposobu użytkowania lokali w budynku wielofunkcyjnym w Niechobrzu na mieszkania socjalne i chronione oraz świetlicę KIS. Cel główny projektu: „Powstanie infrastruktury będącej uzupełnieniem usług w zakresie pomocy społecznej dla osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym” Cele szczegółowe: 1. Poszerzenie zakresu świadczenia usług pomocy społecznej o mieszkania socjalne oraz mieszkania chronione. 2. Zmniejszenie występujących dysproporcji w dostępie do infrastruktury pomocy społecznej pomiędzy obszarami wiejskimi, a miastami. 3. Stworzenie warunków dla wzmocnienia procesu aktywizacji zawodowej i prowadzenia działań mających na celu usamodzielnienie ekonomiczne osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. 4. Podjęcie kompleksowych działań zmierzających do zapewnienia osobom zagrożonym wykluczeniem społecznym pomocy w uzyskaniu bezpieczeństwa socjalnego. 5. Edukacja personalna, zawodowa i społeczna ułatwiająca osiągnięcie samodzielności ekonomicznej przez osoby zagrożone wykluczeniem społecznym. 6. Wzrost atrakcyjności regionu oraz jego rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego. 7. Podniesienie atrakcyjności gminy, jako miejsca zamieszkania i pracy. Zakres projektu obejmuje przebudowę trzech kondygnacji – parter oraz I i II piętro. Obecny status mieszkań to mieszkania komunalne.Wiodącą funkcją budynku po zmianach będzie funkcja mieszkalna. Zlokalizowana ona będzie na I, gdzie znajdować się będzie 1 mieszkanie chronione ( dla 3 osób) i II piętrze, gdzie znajdować się będą 3 mieszkania socjalne (dla 12 osób) (w zakresie opracowania projektu). Na I piętrze przewidziano również świetlicę (KIS) wraz z zapleczem socjalnym. Na parterze przewiduje się m.in. przebudowę pomieszczeń, nowe ścianki działowe i zamurowania. Część ścianek działowych ulega likwidacji, wyburzeniu. Projekt przewiduje także wykonanie windy łączącej parter z I piętrem. (Polish)
