The need to implement this project is the result of an analysis of the problems affecting the local community of the District of Lower Silesia and of the municipality of Jelenia, where this project will be implemented. The main problems which this proposal seeks to resolve are: 1. Insufficient support facilities in the area of assistance to persons facing social exclusion 2. Increasing the number of people at risk of social exclusion 3. Lack of resources for the necessary social infrastructure investments in the commune of the Jeżowa Municipality “Building a social assistance house in the Jeża-Południe village” is an increase in accessibility to social infrastructure and services for people at risk of social exclusion, by building and equipping the social assistance home by the end of the fourth quarter of 2017. This will be achieved through the following scope of the project: TO 1. IS SATISFIED. The construction of a new house of social assistance with a daily service — the ground floor includes a kitchen, dining room, day centre, room room, room for the administration, a medical cabinet, a hospital, a room, a room for deceased persons, storage facilities and a boiler room, on the floor of 9 rooms of double room with your bathroom, a room for daily peace through the partition to the chapel, as well as the 24/7 nursing duty. 2. Installation of sanitary and electrical installations, including installation of the heat pump and solar panels. 3. The supply and installation of the equipment and of the equipment 4. Land use. The building was designed as a low-energy solution, using natural resources — a water heat pump (with a power of 20 kW) and photovoltaic panels (with a power of 10 kW). The project will result in a usable surface area of 768.22 m². The project will result in increased employment in supported entities by 6 people and the number of people using community-based services in projects supported by the project — 28 persons. Potrzeba realizacja niniejszego projektu wynika z analizy problemów, z jakimi boryka się społeczność lokalna powiatu niżańskiego oraz gminy Jeżowe, gdzie będzie realizowany niniejszy projekt. Głównymi problemami, które niniejszy projekt stara się rozwiązać, są: 1. Niedostateczna liczba placówek świadczących wsparcie w obszarze pomocy osobom zagrożonym wykluczeniem społecznym 2. Zwiększenie się liczby osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym 3. Brak środków na konieczne inwestycje w zakresie infrastruktury społecznej na terenie Gminy Jeżowe Głównym celem projektu pn. „Budowa domu pomocy społecznej w miejscowości Jeżowe – Pod dobrym Aniołem” jest wzrost dostępności do infrastruktury i usług społecznych dla osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym, poprzez budowę oraz wyposażenie domu pomocy społecznej do końca IV kwartału 2017 roku. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez następujący zakres rzeczowy projektu: - 1. Budowę nowego obiektu domu pomocy społecznej z oddziałami dziennymi - na parterze znajdują się kuchnia, jadalnia, świetlica, pokoje pobytu dziennego, pomieszczenie administracyjne, gabinet lekarski, toalety, szatnię, pomieszczenie dla zmarłych, magazyny oraz kotłownię, na piętrze 9 pokoi dwuosobowych z własną łazienkę, pokój dzienny z przejściem poprzez ścianę przesuwną do kaplicy, a także całodobowa dyżurka pielęgniarska. 2. Wykonanie instalacji sanitarnych i elektrycznych, w tym montaż pompy ciepła i paneli fotowoltaicznych. 3. Dostawa i montaż wyposażenia oraz sprzętu 4. Zagospodarowanie terenu. Budynek zaprojektowano jako niskoenergetyczny - zastosowano rozwiązania wykorzystujące zasoby naturalne – wodne pompy ciepła (o mocy 20kW) oraz panele fotowoltaiczne (o mocy 10 kW). W wyniku projektu powierzchnia użytkowa obiektu wyniesie 768,22 m2. Rezultatem projektu będzie Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach o 6 osób oraz Liczba osób korzystających z usług świadczonych w społeczności lokalnej w obiektach objętych wsparciem projektu – 28 os.
