Cilj projekta je dogradnja vanjskog veza luke Sućuraj u cilju poboljšanja kvalitete života lokalnog stanovništva kroz bolju prometnu povezanost s kopnom što će utjecati na smanjenje odlijeva stanovništva sa otoka. Ukupna vrijednost projekta je 21.804.654,56kn. Ukupni neprihvatljivi troškovi su 343.562,50kn (dokup snage i geotehnički projekt).Ukupni prihvatljivi troškovi su 21.461.092,06kn. Ukupna bespovratna sredstva iznose 21.390.543,44kn od čega je Kohez. fondom planirano je 18.181.961,92kn a sredstvima Državnog proračuna RH 3.208.581,52kn.
