The aim of the project is to increase the level of accessibility in the municipality of Cieszyn social services for people who, due to their age, illness or disability, require partial care and assistance to meet the essential needs of life, thereby reducing and combating the multiple forms of social exclusion. The establishment of the Daily Residence of the Senior Citizens’ Centre in Cieszyn will be possible through a comprehensive renovation covering an area of 440.17 m² which will consist of completing the renovation of the existing synagogue building at ul. Shells (within the area of Osiana Kustronia), in terms of adapting the site to the needs of older people and persons with disabilities. Conversion of the premises of the former synagogue will consist of a change in the functional-useful system for the intended house. The project will procure the necessary equipment for the facility, as well as services including the performance of the SW and the investor’s supervision. (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu dostępności na terenie Gminy Cieszanów usług społecznych dla osób, które ze względu na wiek, chorobę lub niepełnosprawność, wymagają częściowej opieki i pomocy w zaspokajaniu niezbędnych potrzeb życiowych, a poprzez to wpływ na niwelowanie i przeciwdziałanie różnorodnym formom wykluczenia społecznego. Utworzenie Domu Dziennego Pobytu Seniorów w Cieszanowie możliwe będzie poprzez kompleksowy remont obejmujący powierzchnię 440,17 m2, który będzie polegał na dokończeniu remontu istniejącego budynku synagogi w centrum Cieszanowa przy ul. Skorupki (na terenie Osiedla Kustronia) w zakresie dostosowania obiektu do potrzeb seniorów i osób niepełnosprawnych. Adaptacja pomieszczeń byłej synagogi polegać będzie na zmianie układu funkcjonalno – użytkowego dla potrzeb planowanego domu. W ramach projektu zakupione zostanie niezbędne wyposażenie obiektu, a także usługi obejmujące wykonanie SW i nadzór inwestorski. (Polish)
