Osnovna škola Zvonka Cara smještena je u objektu neadekvatnih konstrukcijskih elemenata u smislu energetske učinkovitosti. Rekonstrukcijom objekta za potrebe škole pridonijet će se poboljšanju uvjeta boravka djece te smanjenju troškova poslovanja. Na objektu se planira provesti mjera toplinske izolacije na vanjske zidove,kosog i ravnog krova zamjena stolarije, strop iznad vanjskog zraka,strop prema tavanu a čime će se postići značajne uštede u potrošnji energije Qh,nd 142.715,37 kWh/a (73,70 %) odnosno sam cilj ovog projekta - povećanje energetske učinkovitosti zgrade. At the facility, thermal insulation measures are planned to be implemented on the external walls, cosog and flat roof, the replacement of joinery, the ceiling above the outside air, the ceiling towards the pan, which will lead to significant savings in the energy consumption Qh, nd 142 715.37 kWh/a (73.70 %) and the very objective of this project, namely to increase the energy performance of the building.
