Projekt je usmjeren na energetsku obnovu zgrade Doma za starije i nemoćne osobe Čakovec na adresi Matice hrvatske 1, Čakovec kojom će se postići energetske uštede, tj. smanjiti će se potrošnja energije u objektu. Radovima iz glavnog projekta godišnja potrebna toplinska energija za grijanje zgrade za stvarne klimatske podatke u odnosu na postojeće stanje smanjuje se za 520.231,00 kWh/a, odnosno za 71,74 %, čime će se povećati kvaliteta i ugodnost boravka u objektu uz pozitivan utjecaj na okoliš. Ukupna primarna energija smanjit će se za 917.010,00 kWh/a godišnje, tj. za 71,31%.Ciljnu skupinu projekta čine zaposlenici i korisnici Doma za starije i nemoćne osobe Čakovec, predstavnici Prijavitelja i drugih socijalnih ustanova te šira javnost. The project focuses on the energy renovation of the House of the elderly and inpowerful Čakovec at Matica Croatian 1, Čakovec in which energy savings will be achieved, i.e. the energy consumption of the building will decrease. Works at the main project provide the annual thermal energy needed for the buildings’ heating for actual climate data compared to the current situation by 520 231.00 kWh/a and by 71.74 %, thus increasing the quality and comfort of their presence in the building with a positive impact on the environment. Total primary energy will be reduced by 917 010.00 kWh/a year, i.e. by 71.31 %.The target group of projects consists of the employees and beneficiaries of the House of the Olakovec and Aakovec, the representatives of the applicant and other social institutions as well as the general public.
