    Cilj ovog projekta je značajno smanjiti vrijeme potrebno za testiranje i time olakšati selekcijski postupak zaposlenika i učiniti ga ugodnijim, uz zadržavanje preciznosti mjerenja. To možemo postići razvojem adaptivnog testa kognitivnih sposobnosti koji se temelji na detaljnom poznavanju karakteristika svakog zadatka što omogućuje da se, pažljivim redoslijedom prezentiranja pojedinih zadataka, znatno smanji vrijeme i broj zadataka potrebnih da se mjerena osobina precizno izmjeri.
