U svrhu povećanja konkurentnosti i učinkovitosti poslovanja društva u skladu sa trendovima te jačanja tržišne pozicije, nužno je ulaganje u novo IKT rješenje - specifični softver dizajniran po mjeri za potrebe korisnika i povezanu opremu – hardver, koje će omogućiti optimizaciju poslovnih procesa, učinkovitu organizaciju tijeka rada, poboljšanja interakcije s klijentima te poboljšanja tržišnog položaja poduzeća.Ciljna skupina projekta su uprava poduzeća kojoj će novo IKT rješenje olakšati upravljanje poslovnim resursima i odlučivanje, te zaposlenici kojima će se olakšati redovne poslove i povećati produktivnost rada.
