The project will concern the purchase of welding robots and two numerically controlled machine turning machines which will reduce the electricity consumption of Plasmet per unit of production. The most significant drop in energy is recorded for new products and for welding and rolling products. The project involves the implementation of R & D work carried out on its own and purchased from SIMP Poznań. In addition, thanks to the project, it will be possible to implement new products in the form of a modern gear selector and improved features with complicated shapes to increase the company’s competitiveness in international markets. In addition, the project is expected to increase employment by new 4 operating sites for the purchase of machinery. Projekt będzie dotyczył zakupu robota spawalniczego oraz dwóch automatów tokarskich sterowanych numerycznie, które wpłyną na zmniejszenie zużycia energii elektrycznej w przedsiębiorstwie Plasmet w przeliczeniu na jednostkę produkcji. Największy spadek energii odnotuje się w przypadku nowych wyrobów oraz wyrobów poddawanych procesom spawania i toczenia. Projekt zakłada wdrożenie prac badawczo rozwojowych prowadzonych samodzielnie oraz zakupionych od SIMP Poznań. Ponadto dzięki realizacji projektu możliwe stanie się wdrożenie nowych wyrobów w postaci nowoczesnej dźwigni zmiany biegów oraz ulepszonych detali o skomplikowanych kształtach co pozwoli na zwiększenie konkurencyjności firmy na rynkach międzynarodowych. Ponadto w ramach projektu zakłada się wzrost zatrudnienia o nowe 4 stanowiska operatorskie zakupowanych maszyn. Projekt wpłynie pozytywnie na środowisko naturalne dzięki zmniejszeniu zużycia energii oraz wzrostowi przychodów i zyskowności przedsiębiorstwa Plasmet. (Polish)
