Projekt se temelji na provedbi kolaborativnih razvojno – istraživačkih aktivnosti – neophodnih aktivnosti industrijskog istraživanja i eksperimentalnog razvoja u svrhu razvoja novog proizvoda, proizvoda više dodane vrijednosti. Projekt uključuje fazu arhitektonskog oblikovanje, konstruktivno - tehnološke razrade, izradu i testiranje prototipa i uzoraka te implementaciju testnih rezultata u finalni proizvod. U cilju obostranog transfera znanja i tehnologija između znanstveno – istraživačke institucije na gospodarski subjekt te razvoja inovativnog novog proizvoda, učinkovitom suradnjom tvrtke Tersa d.o.o. te Sveučilišta u Zagrebu Građevinskog fakulteta realizirat će se krajnji rezultat - Modularna kuća - sklop inovativnih drvenih elemenata.
