Svrha projekta je optimizacija i automatizacija poslovnih procesa međunarodnog otpremništva s ciljem stvaranja dodane vrijednosti korisnicima usluga, generiranja nove potražnje i povećanja konkurentnosti tvrtke na domaćem i inozemnom tržištu.Cilj projekta je:1. Povećanje učinkovitosti poslovnih procesa uvođenjem softvera za optimizaciju usluga međunarodnog otpremništva. Ciljne skupine projekta su vodstvo tvrtke, djelatnici, korisnici usluga i dobavljači.Provedbom projekta tvrtka će povećati produktivnost rada i sigurnost poslovanja, unaprijediti odnose s korisnicima usluga i dobavljačima, te olakšati širenje na međunarodno tržište.
