Cilj EDUSIS-Educiranje Socijalno Isključivih Skupina za poboljšanje njihovog uključivanja na tržište rada na području Dubrovačko - neretvanske je unaprjeđenje zapošljavanja na području Dubrovačko - neretvanske županije za 30 nezaposlenih pripadnika ranjivih skupina i 10 učenika srednjih škola pružajući im sustav podrške razvijanjem kompetencija i vještina edukacijama i radionicama da povećaju zapošljivost u Dubrovačko - neretvanskoj županiji da bi se riješio problem njihove dugotrajne nezaposlenost kao posljedice manjka sustava podrške za razvoj kompetencija i loše psihosocijalne osnaženosti.
