Aktivnosti ove operacije predstavljaju razvoj potpuno novog sustava, AES. Operacijom se omogućuje daljnji razvoj transeuropskog sustava kontrola izvoza radi primjene potpuno automatiziranog sustava izvoza kojim bi se obuhvatili zahtjevi poduzeća za postupke i podatke uvedene CZU.
