Problem poduzeća Plastform d.o.o. jest manjak proizvodnih i skladišnih kapaciteta i suboptimalno upravljanje procesima PROIZVODNJE, SKLADIŠTENJA, NABAVE i LOGISTIKE koje rezultira rasipanjem resursa (sirovine i materijali, vrijeme), odnosno smanjuje konkurentnost prijavitelja što predstavlja opasnost po ostvarivanje zacrtanih poslovnih ciljeva, odnosno opasnost u provedbi planiranog rasta volumena proizvodnje. Cilj projekta jest optimizacija poslovnih procesa proizvodnje, skladištenja, nabave i logistike koja će se postići implementacijom odgovarajućih IKT rješenja i integracijom u postojeći ERP sustav.Ciljne skupine jesu zaposlenici, klijenti i dobavljači.
