ZOMA je uvela ERP 2004. godine, koji je ostao u funkciji u neizmijenjenom obliku do današnjih dana, te je potpuno zastario i glavno je ograničenje za unapređenje organizacije poslovanja. Predmet projekta je nabava moderne IT-infrastrukture, uvođenje novog ERP-a, nadogradnja postojećeg sustava za praćenje proizvodnje, te uvođenja specijaliziranih sustava za podršku proizvodnji i prodaji. Ciljevi projekta su integracija IT-sustava koji će doprinijeti rastu produktivnosti rada te poboljšanju konkurentnost na domaćem i stranim tržištima.
