Lampaš je uveo ERP 1998. godine, koji je ostao u funkciji do današnjeg dana, te je potpuno zastario i glavno je ograničenje za unapređenje organizacije poslovanja. Predmet projekta je nabava moderne IT-infrastrukture na kojoj će biti instaliran novi ERP-a zajedno sa specijaliziranim sustavima za podršku proizvodnji i prodaji. Ciljevi projekta su integracija IT sustava koji će doprinijeti rastu produktivnosti rada te poboljšanju konkurentnosti na domaćem tržištu. Ciljane skupine su uprava, zaposlenici i poslovni partneri.
