Važno za prijavitelja je da se poslovno rješenje prati cjelokupni poslovni proces, od faze objave slobodnih smještajnih jedinica, tijekom rezervacija, te na kraju krajnje korištenje usluge gosta te sadrži brojne module za unaprjeđenje poslovnih procesa.
