The main objective of the project is to improve the employability of unemployed and inactive people after the age of 29 who are living in the Silesian Voivodeship through their participation in the psychological counselling and the six months of traineeship up to the end of the 2018th year. the project will be attended by 69 people (23 x 3 groups), unemployed (unemployed or inactive). The main activities of the project will be: the recruitment of participants, including the organisation of recruitment meetings with professional advisers and psychologists, psychological support during the traineeship and the implementation of six-month traineeships in 3 cycles. The main output of the project will be to take up employment by at least 43 % of the participants at the end of their participation in the project (ca. 30). Participation in project activities will enable people to gain professional experience and increase their practical, social, organisational and organisational competences that are needed in the labour market and everyday life. Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa zdolności do zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo po 29 roku życia, zamieszkujących województwo śląskie poprzez ich udział w poradnictwie psychologicznym oraz sześciomiesięcznym stażu do końca VIII 2018 r. Uczestnikami projektu będzie 69 osób (23 os. x 3 grupy), pozostających bez pracy (bezrobotni lub bierni zawodowo). Głównymi działaniami w ramach projektu będą: rekrutacja uczestników, w tym organizacja spotkań rekrutacyjnych z doradcą zawodowym i psychologiem, wsparcie psychologiczne podczas trwania staży oraz realizacja sześciomiesięcznych staży w 3 cyklach. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min. 43% uczestników po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie (ok. 30 os.). Uczestnictwo w działaniach projektowych umożliwi zrekrutowanym osobom zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego oraz zwiększenie kompetencji praktycznych, społecznych, organizacyjnych, niezbędnych w poruszaniu się po rynku pracy i w życiu codziennym.
