Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa termomodernizacja Zespołu Szkolno - Przedszkolnego w Pewli Małej oraz w Pewli Ślemieńskiej w Gminie Świnna. Projekt jest częścią zintegrowanego subregionalnego przedsięwzięcia dotyczącego ograniczenia niskiej emisji na terenie Subregionu Południowego. Celem niniejszego projektu jest zmniejszenie energochłonności infrastruktury publicznej oraz poprawa jakości powietrza w regionie. Zakres zaplanowanych działań obejmuje: Zespół Szkolno-Przedszkolnego w Pewli Małej: term. ścian budynku, docieplenie ścian, połaci dachu, pokrycie dachu blachą trapezową, remont kominów, rozebranie istniejącego pokrycia sali gimn., wyrównanie podłoża, ocieplenie dachu, pokrycie dwoma warstwami papy termozgrzewalnej, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwi wejściowych.
