Przedmiotem projektu jest wykonanie konserwacji i renowacji zabytkowego budynku dawnego Ratusza w Pyskowicach. Działania te przyczynią się do realizacji celu głównego projektu, jakim jest zwiększenie atrakcyjności obiektów kulturowych regionu. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez realizację celów bezpośrednich, które są odpowiedzią na zdefiniowane problemy: - zachowanie zabytku nieruchomego wpisanego do rejestru zabytków nieruchomych województwa śląskiego pod numerem A/288/60; - zwiększenie oferty kulturalnej Miasta Pyskowice w związku z adaptacją pomieszczeń na potrzeby Pracowni Artystycznej dla miłośników uprawiających rękodzieło artystyczne; - wzrost liczby osób korzystających z oferty kulturalnej Miasta Pyskowice; - rewitalizacja przestrzeni miejskiej. Korzyści z przeprowadzenia prac odniosą przede wszystkim MOKiS oraz Gmina Pyskowice, a także społeczność lokalna gminy. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do ograniczenia zużycia energii w budynku Ratusza. (Polish)
