SP ZOZ District Hospital in Pisz is indicated as 1 out of 4 in Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship to perform the function of a single-name infectious hospital in the fight against COVID-19. The project involves equipping the hospital with tools to fight COVID-19: medical equipment, disinfection equipment, purchase of a transport ambulance for the transport of sick people – infectious patients requiring treatment in a specialised higher-degree hospital. Retrofitting will be used for the work of the Infectious Observation Department, the isolatory and the 24-hour collection point of biological material. It is planned that on 31st February 2021, as a result of the implementation of the project, 456 people from Warm-Mazury Province, including residents of the Piski county, were supported by at least 456 people. The final number of beneficiaries supported will result from the evolution of the epidemiological situation in the territory of the Republic of Poland and the province. The project will be implemented in one step. In connection with the hospital being put on standby (Decision No 6/2020 of the Governor of Warm-Mazurskie dn. 07.04.20) and the introduction in the territory of the Republic of Poland of a state of epidemic – Ordinance of the Minister of Health of 20/03/2020 U. Item 491 as amended) deliveries will be made in application of Article 6.1. The Act of 02.03.20 on special solutions related to the prevention, prevention and control of COVID-19, other communicable diseases and crisis situations caused by them. The scope of the task and its objectives indicate that the project fulfils the objectives of the SzOOP ROP WiM Action 9.1.Health infrastructure sub-measure 9.1.1 Development of specialised medical services CT 9. Priority 9a Investments in health and social infrastructure that contribute to national, regional and local development, reducing health inequalities and the transition from institutional to community-based services, Specific objective: Improving the quality and effectiveness of health services, type II. SP ZOZ Szpital Powiatowy w Piszu wskazany jest jako 1 z 4 w woj. warmińsko- mazurskim do pełnienia funkcji jednoimiennego szpitala zakaźnego w walce z COVID-19. Projekt zakłada doposażenie szpitala w narzędzia służące walce z COVID-19: sprzęt medyczny, urządzenia do dezynfekcji, zakup ambulansu transportowego do przewozu osób chorych- pacjentów zakaźnych wymagających leczenia w specjalistycznym szpitalu wyższego stopnia. Doposażenie służyć będzie pracy oddziału obserw.-zakaźnego, izolatorium oraz całodobowego punktu pobrań materiału biologicznego. Planuje się, że na 31.XII.2021r. w wyniku realizacji projektu wsparciem objętych zostnie min. 456 osób z woj.warm.-mazurskiego, w tym mieszkańców powiatu piskiego. Ostateczna liczba beneficjentów objętych wsparciem wynikać będzie z rozwoju sytuacji epidemiologicznej na terytorium RP i województwa. Projekt wdrażany będzie jednoetapowo. W związku z postawieniem szpitala w stan gotowości (decyzja nr 6/2020 r. Wojewody Warm.-Mazurskiego dn. 07.04.20r.) oraz wprowadzeniem na obszarze RP stanu epidemii- rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia z dn. 20.03.2020 r. (Dz. U. poz. 491 z późn. zm.) dostawy realizowane będą z zastosowaniem art. 6.1. Ustawy z dnia 02.03.20r. o szczególnych rozwiązaniach związanych z zapobieganiem, przeciwdziałaniem i zwalczaniem COVID-19, innych chorób zakaźnych oraz wywołanych nimi sytuacji kryzysowych. Zakres zadania i jego cele wskazują, że projekt realizuje cele SzOOP RPO WiM Działanie 9.1.Infrastruktura ochrony zdrowia poddziałanie 9.1.1 Rozwój specjalistycznych usług medycznych CT 9. Priorytet 9a Inwestycje w infrastrukturę zdrowotną i społeczną, które przyczyniają się do rozwoju krajowego, regionalnego i lokalnego, zmniejszania nierówności w zakresie stanu zdrowia oraz przejścia z usług instytucjonalnych do usług na poziomie społeczności lokalnych, Cel szczegółowy: Podniesienie jakości i skuteczności usług zdrowotnych, typ II.
