The planned modernisation of the transhipment station in the Polish Village of Mrągowo and the ZUOK installation (dz.18/9,20/4,obr.136,j.E.Olsztyn) consists of extending the existing infrastructure, i.e. increasing the retaining walls in transhipment halls, increasing and building boxes for selective collection, building additional retaining walls, hardening green areas in order to store more containers and expand beyond the currently used land in order to increase the paved area, build additional boxes for storing differentiated waste. The transshipment station is located on plot no. 244/1 obręb0018 Polska Wieś.It is planned to occupy additional plot of plot No.243/34 area 0018 Polska Wieś for new boxes for waste storage and fixing part of the plot.The project will also purchase: hazardous waste container -1 piece, KP 40-2 containers, loaders – 2 pieces (for the station in the Polish Village and ZUOK); the installation of air conditioning, installation of CCTV and photovoltaic system will be carried out; the terminator will be launched at the ZUOK warehouse.The station in the Polish Village and ZUOK in Olsztyn will be adapted to the requirements of the firefighting regulation. The supervision inspector will be responsible for the correct execution of the planned works and purchases. Information and education activities will also be carried out to promote waste prevention and separate waste collection. The implementation of the project will achieve the amount of waste that has undergone recovery and treatment during the year -137600 Mg/year. The project is in line with thematic objective 6 – Preserving and protecting the environment and promoting resource efficiency, Investment Priority 6a-Investing in the waste sector in order to meet the obligations laid down in the Union acquis in the field of the environment and to meet investment needs beyond those obligations, as defined by the Member States.Details in the feasibility study. Planowana modernizacja stacji przeładunkowej w Polskiej Wsi gm. Mrągowo oraz instalacji ZUOK (dz.nr.18/9,20/4,obr.136,j.e.Olsztyn) polega na rozbudowie istniejącej infrastruktury tj. podwyższeniu ścian oporowych w halach przeładunkowych, podwyższeniu i zabudowie boksów na selektywną zbiórkę, wybudowaniu dodatkowych ścian oporowych,utwardzeniu terenów zielonych w celu przechowywania większej ilości kontenerów i na rozbudowie poza obecnie użytkowany teren w celu zwiększenia powierzchni utwardzonych,wybudowaniu dodatkowych boksów do przechowywania zróżnicowanych odpadów. Stacja przeładunkowa położona jest na działce nr 244/1 obręb0018 Polska Wieś.Planuje się zajęcie dodatkowej powierzchni działki nr243/34 obręb0018 Polska Wieś na nowe boksy do magazynowania odpadów i utwardzenie części działki.W ramach projektu zakupione zostaną także: kontener na odpady niebezpieczne -1 sztuka, kontenery KP 40 -2 sztuki, ładowarki - 2 sztuki (na stację w Polskiej Wsi i ZUOK);przeprowadzony będzie montaż klimatyzacji, montaż CCTV oraz systemu fotowoltaiki;uruchomiony zostanie terminator na placu magazynowym ZUOK.Stacja w Polskiej Wsi oraz ZUOK w Olsztynie zostaną dostosowane do wymagań rozporządzenia ppoż.Za prawidłowe wykonanie zaplanowanych prac i zakupów będzie odpowiedzialny inspektor nadzoru. Przeprowadzone będą też działania informacyjno-edukacyjne promujące zapobieganie powstawaniu odpadów oraz selektywną zbiórkę śmieci. Realizacja projektu pozwoli osiągnąć ilość odpadów poddanych procesowi odzysku i przetwarzania w ciągu roku -137600 Mg/rok. Projekt wpisuje się w cel tematyczny 6–Zachowanie i ochrona środowiska przyrodniczego oraz wspieranie efektywnego gospodarowania zasobami,Priorytet inwestycyjny 6a–Inwestowanie w sektor gospodarki odpadami celem wypełnienia zobowiązań określonych w dorobku prawnym Unii w zakresie środowiska oraz zaspokojenie wykraczających poza te zobowiązania potrzeb inwestycyjnych, określonych przez państwa członkowskie.Szczegóły w studium wykonalności.
