The aim of the project is to: — acquisition of universal skills (team work) and key competences (mathematical, natural and ICT) by 49 students with special educational and development needs of the White Eagle Primary School No. 18 in Olsztyn (SP) through the implementation of activities conducted by the project method, – increasing the skills and knowledge of 19 n-li SP in the application of methods and organizational forms conducive to and developing in pupils key competences and special pedagogy through the implementation of training/courses, – improving the quality of education of the institution as a result of project support in the period from 01.01.2021 to 30.06.2022. Project activities include: 1.1 Improve the skills, competences or qualifications of teachers in the use of methods and organisational forms conducive to the formation and development of key competences and the universal skills needed in the labour market. 1.2 The development and development of key competences, universal and transferable skills in pupils, including innovation-enhancing, entrepreneurship, critical and creative thinking, adaptability to the changes and social competences needed in the labour market. 1.3 Individualisation of work with a student with special development and educational needs, including support for a younger student through the implementation of comprehensive programmes supporting the school/enterprise education system. Celem projektu jest: - nabycie przez 49 uczniów/nnic o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych i rozwojowych Szkoły Podstawowej im. Orła Białego nr 18 w Olsztynie (SP) umiejętności uniwersalnych (pracy zespołowej) oraz kompetencji kluczowych (matematyczno-przyrodniczych i ICT) poprzez realizację zajęć prowadzonych metodą projektu, - zwiększenie umiejętności i wiedzy 19 n-li SP w zakresie stosowania metod oraz form organizacyjnych sprzyjających i rozwijających u uczniów kompetencje kluczowe oraz w zakresie pedagogiki specjalnej poprzez realizacją szkoleń/kursów, - podniesienie jakości kształcenia placówki w wyniku wsparcia projektowego w okresie od 01.01.2021r. do 30.06.2022r. Działania w ramach projektu obejmują: 1.1 Doskonalenie umiejętności, kompetencji lub kwalifikacji nauczycieli w zakresie stosowania metod oraz form organizacyjnych sprzyjających kształtowaniu i rozwijaniu u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych oraz umiejętności uniwersalnych niezbędnych na rynku pracy. 1.2 Kształtowanie i rozwijanie u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych, umiejętności uniwersalnych oraz transferowalnych, w tym pobudzających innowacyjność, przedsiębiorczość, krytyczne i kreatywne myślenie, adaptacyjność do zmian oraz kompetencji społecznych niezbędnych na rynku pracy. 1.3 Indywidualizacja pracy z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebami rozwojowymi i edukacyjnymi, w tym wsparcie ucznia młodszego poprzez realizację kompleksowych programów wspierających szkołę/ placówkę systemu oświaty.
