The main objective of the project is to make it easier for 15 (10K,5M) people from the municipality of Milejewo in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship who care for children up to 3 years to maintain employment, take action to find a place on the labour market or return to work between January 2021 and April 2023. The support will consist of providing the project participants with free care for children up to 3 years of age in a children’s club located in Pomeranian Village in the rural municipality of Mileev – a place of care and education and the best quality of proper development for children up to the age of 3 years. By providing care and the possibility of proper development for children up to 3 years (the provision of 10 places in the children’s club), we will make it easier for parents/legal guardians to decide whether to return to work or actively seek her. As part of the project, the Applicant plans to adapt the premises made available by the Partner Municipality of Milejewo to the requirements of the regulations concerning this form of child care up to 3 years of age. The project will co-finance the adaptation and retrofitting of the care centre with the necessary equipment and equipment in the form of toys, creative materials or materials for conducting educational activities at the highest level. Celem głównym projektu jest ułatwienie 15 (10K,5M) osobom z terenu gminy Milejewo w województwie warmińsko-mazurskim sprawującym opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 utrzymania zatrudnienia, podjęcia działań zmierzających do znalezienia miejsca na rynku pracy lub powrotu do pracy w okresie styczeń 2021 – kwiecień 2023. Wsparcie będzie polegać na zapewnieniu uczestnikom projektu bezpłatnej opieki nad dzieckiem w wieku do lat 3 w klubie dziecięcym zlokalizowanym w Pomorskiej Wsi na terenie wiejskiej gminy Milejewo- miejscu opieki oraz edukacji i jak najlepszej jakości prawidłowego rozwoju dla dzieci w wieku do 3 lat. Zapewniając opiekę i możliwość właściwego rozwoju dzieciom do lat 3 (udostępnienie 10 miejsc w klubie dziecięcym), ułatwimy rodzicom/opiekunom prawnym podjęcie decyzji o powrocie do pracy lub jej aktywnego poszukiwania. W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca planuje dostosowanie pomieszczeń udostępnionych przez Partnera Gminę Milejewo do wymagań stawianych przez przepisy dotyczące tej formy opieki nad dzieckiem do lat 3. W ramach projektu zostanie dofinansowane dostosowanie i doposażenie punktu opieki w niezbędne sprzęty oraz wyposażenie w postaci zabawek, materiałów do prac kreatywnych, czy też materiałów do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych na najwyższym poziomie. Dofinansowane zostaną również wynagrodzenia opiekunów, zajęcia dodatkowe, wyżywienie dzieci. Projekt wpisuje się w potrzeby rodzin zamieszkujących teren gminy Milejewo. (Polish)
