These services will improve the management system and increase the efficiency of key processes in the Company. The project will be implemented within a single action (implementation from 10/19-12/21). Consultancy services will be purchased under this action. The selected contractor for these services will be responsible for all the work related to the implementation of the project. The project provides for three eligible expenditure of PLN 340,000. The project is in line with the assumptions set out in the SzOOP ROP WiM, as it fits into the investment priority 3a "Promoting entrepreneurship, in particular by facilitating the economic exploitation of new ideas and encouraging the creation of new companies, including through business incubators, as the result of the project will be an increased level of creation of enterprises and private investments complementary to public support for enterprises. The essence of the project is the purchase of services that will contribute to building a competitive advantage on the market. An additional argument confirming the involvement of the SzOOP is the fact that the project will be implemented in the area of smart specialisation of Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship. The company also fulfils the conditions laid down in the “limits and limitations in the implementation of projects” namely: the services covered by the project concern the applicant’s activities carried out in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship where the Applicant’s registered office is also located. Projekt będzie polegał na zakupieniu trzech usług doradczych związanych z optymalizacją procesu produkcyjnego, procesów magazynowych oraz obiegu dokumentów. Usługi te przyczynią się do usprawnienia systemu zarządzania oraz podniesienia wydajności kluczowych procesów w Firmie. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany w ramach jednego działania (realizacja w terminie 10/19 - 12/21). W ramach tego działania zostaną zakupione usługi doradcze. Wybrany wykonawca tych usług będzie odpowiedzialny za całość prac związanych z wdrożeniem projektu. Projekt przewiduje poniesienie trzech wydatków kwalifikowalnych w kwocie 340.000 zł. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM, z uwagi na to, że wpisuje się w priorytet inwestycyjny 3a „Promowanie przedsiębiorczości, w szczególności poprzez ułatwianie gospodarczego wykorzystania nowych pomysłów oraz sprzyjaniu tworzenia nowych firm, w tym również poprzez inkubatory przedsiębiorczości, bowiem efektem realizacji projektu będzie zwiększony poziom kreacji przedsiębiorstw oraz inwestycji prywatnych uzupełniających wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw. Istotą projektu jest zakup usług, które przyczynią się do budowania przewagi konkurencyjnej na rynku. Dodatkowym argumentem potwierdzającym wpisywanie się w założenia SzOOP jest fakt, że projekt będzie realizowany w obszarze inteligentnej specjalizacji województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego. Firma spełnia także warunki zapisane w „Limitach i ograniczeniach w realizacji projektów” a mianowicie: usługi objęte projektem dotyczą działalności wnioskodawcy prowadzonej na terenie województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego gdzie znajduje się też siedziba Wnioskodawcy. Wartość projektu i wartość wydatków kwalifikowalnych są wyższe, niż minimalna wartość projektu i minimalna wartość wydatków kwalifikowalnych. (Polish)
