Persons not covered by points (a) to (g) shall be allowed to participate, and shall not represent more than 10 % of the total number of participants in the project. According to the plan, the project will have a total of 130 participants (72K, 58M). On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. At the end of the project, the project will achieve an employment performance indicator, indicating the proportion of participants who, at the end of their participation in the project, took employment at the level of: — for participants not eligible for any of the following target groups, at least 43 %, for the long-term unemployed, at least 40 %, for persons with disabilities of at least 20 %, for persons aged 50 years and over, at least 36 %, for the low-skilled, at least 38 %.     Uczestnikami projektu są wyłącznie osoby powyżej 29 roku życia pozostające bez pracy zarejestrowane w PUP, zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) w rozumieniu art. 33 ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, w tym zwłaszcza osoby znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj.: a) kobiety, b) osoby niepełnosprawne, c) osoby po 50 roku życia, d) osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, e) osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, f) osoby posiadające co najmniej jedno dziecko do 6 roku życia lub co najmniej jedno dziecko niepełnosprawne do 18 roku życia, g) migranci powrotni i imigranci. Dopuszcza się udział osób, które nie zostały ujęte w pkt a) - g), przy czym nie mogą one stanowić więcej niż 10% wszystkich uczestników projektu. Zgodnie z planem udział w projekcie zakończy 130 osób (72K, 58M) W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników, przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada na zakończenie jego realizacji osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej, informującego o odsetku uczestników, którzy po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie podjęli zatrudnienie na poziomie: - dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych - co najmniej 43%, - dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych – co najmniej 40%, - dla osób niepełnosprawnych - co najmniej 20%, - dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej -co najmniej 36%, - dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - co najmniej 38%.
