The main objectives of the project are to create 20 childcare facilities for children under 3 years in the municipality of Gołuchów, to train staff and to finance their current operation for 24 months, so that parents experiencing difficulties in the labour market due to childcare for children under 3 years will be able to maintain, find or actively seek a job. The project will be implemented from 01.02.2020 to 30.09.2022. The project will be implemented in the Public Nursery in Gołuchów Municipality, ul. Czartoryskich 53, 63-322 Gołuchów. The support is consistent with the diagnosis indicated in the non-competition project flashcard and results from the individually diagnosed needs of the facility supported by the project. Main activities:- adaptation of 9 rooms,- furnishing with furniture/equipment of 9 rooms,- retrofitting with teaching materials 1 room,- creation of 20 places of care for children under 3 years and financing of 24 months of current operation,- retrofitting of the playground,- supplementary training – course of first medical assistance in the crèche.After the ESF funding, newly created under the project will be financed from the following sources: budget of the Municipality of Gołuchów, fees from parents of children attending the nursery. The applicant also plans to carry out actions to try to obtain other external sources (e.g. national. Cele główny projektu jest utworzenie 20 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w gminie Gołuchów, przeszkolenie kadry oraz finansowanie przez 24 miesiące ich bieżącego funkcjonowania, dzięki czemu rodzice doświadczający trudności na rynku pracy z powodu opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3, będą mogli utrzymać, znaleźć lub aktywnie poszukiwać pracy. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 01.02.2020 r. do 30.09.2022 r.Projekt będzie realizowany w Publicznym Żłobku w Gminie Gołuchów, ul. Czartoryskich 53, 63-322 Gołuchów.Wsparcie jest zgodne z diagnozą wskazaną w fiszce projektu pozakonkursowego oraz wynika z indywidualnie zdiagnozowanego zapotrzebowania placówki objętej wsparciem w projekcie. Główne działania:- adaptacja 9 pomieszczeń,- doposażenie w meble/sprzęt 9 pomieszczeń,- doposażenie w materiały dydaktyczne 1 pomieszczenia,- utworzenie 20 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 oraz sfinansowanie 24 miesięcy bieżącego funkcjonowania,- doposażenie placu zabaw,- szkolenie uzupełniające - kurs pierwszej pomocy medycznej w żłobku.Po ustaniu finansowania z EFS, nowopowstałe w ramach projektu miejsca będą finansowane z następujących źródeł: budżet Gminy Gołuchów, opłat od rodziców dzieci uczęszczających do żłobka. Wnioskodawca planuje również prowadzić działania mające na celu próbę pozyskanie innych źródeł zewnętrznych (krajowych np. Program Maluch+) na zapewnienie bieżącego funkcjonowania instytucji opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w Gołuchowie. (Polish)
