The subject of the project (PRO) is to create and ensure the current functioning of 20 pre-school places created and to improve the competence of 10 teachers in the School Complex in Radliczyce, Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, Kalisz region (crit. merit. 9), which will help to increase the access of 3-4-year-old children from the municipality (rural – according to GUS – covered prem.1)Szczytniki for pre-school education. The activity of new 20 pre-school places was established in a long-term perspective, among others to minimise the risk of failure of recruitment risk. The municipality guarantees the sustainability of pre-school places created under PRO. Pro is a response to the low degree of provision of pre-school education to children. The Municipality of Szczytniki in pre-school dissemination is classified below the average for Wielkopolskie voivodship – 88.2 (according to the Local Data Bank of Central Statistical Office) and is included in the list of communes with the lowest availability to services that determine development opportunities in the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship (OSI) in accordance with the updated development strategy of the Wielkopolskie Voivodship until 2020.- employment of two experienced pedagogical staff with a degree of contractual teacher- purchase of toys, teaching aids, furniture, cloakroom equipment and furniture necessary for the implementation of PRO tasks;- ensuring the ongoing activity of the established care facilities by 12 months- covering 20 children from the municipality (rural) Szczytniki – enrichment of the educational offer by additional classes – 280 h- the improvement of competences by 10 teachersPRO will be carried out in the period 1 May 2020-31.08.2021 (16 months) at what is the co-financing of the current activity in the period 01.09.2020-31.08.2021 (12 months)-access criterion.The applicant and implementer is the School Complex in Radliczyce.The value of the project: PLN 333 917,00 (English) | |||||||||||||||

Przedmiotem projektu (PRO) jest utworzenie oraz zapewnienie bieżącego funkcjonowania 20 utworzonych miejsc przedszkolnych oraz podniesienie kompetencji 10 nauczycielek w Zespole Szkół w Radliczycach, woj. wielkopolskim, pow. kaliski (kryt. meryt. 9), co przyczyni się do zwiększeniu dostępu dzieci 3-4 letnich z gminy (wiejskiej- zg. z GUS- kryt. prem.1)Szczytniki do wychowania przedszkolnego.Działalność nowych 20 miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego założono w perspektywie wieloletniej, m.in. dla zminimalizowania ryzyka niepowodzenia ryzyka rekrutacji.Gmina gwarantuje zachowanie trwałości powstałych w ramach PRO miejsc przedszkolnych. PRO jest odpowiedzią na niski stopień zapewnienia dzieciom wychowania przedszkolnego. Gmina Szczytniki w upowszechnianiu przedszkolnym klasyfikuje się poniżej średniej dla województwa wielkopolskiego – 88,2 (wg Banku Danych Lokalnych GUS) oraz znajduje się w wykazie gmin o najniższej dostępności do usług warunkujących możliwości rozwojowe w województwie wielkopolskim(OSI) zgodnie z zaktualizowaną strategią rozwoju województwa wielkopolskiego do 2020 roku.Wdrożone działania:- utworzenie 20 miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego i zachowanie ich trwałości w okresie realizacji projektu i co najmniej 2 lata po jego zakończeniu;- zatrudnienie 2 osobowej doświadczonej kadry pedagogicznej ze stopniem nauczyciela kontraktowego- zakup zabawek, pomocy dydaktycznych, mebli, wyposażenia szatniowego i mebli niezbędnych do realizacji zadań PRO;- zapewnienie bieżącej działalności utworzonych miejsc opieki przez 12 m-cy- objęcie wsparciem 20 dzieci z gminy (wiejskiej) Szczytniki- wzbogacenie oferty edukacyjnej przez dodatkowe zajęcia –280 h.- podniesienie kompetencji przez 10 nauczycielekPRO realizowany będzie w okresie 01.05.2020 r.-31.08.2021 r.
