The subject of the investment will be the projects defined in the Municipality of Darłowo GPR. 1. Creation of a Cistercian village in Bukowo Morskie with improvement of accompanying infrastructure, 2. Creation of recreational infrastructure in Pęciszewko. Both projects will be implemented in the form of “design and build”. At the date of submission of the application, the applicant shall have the right to dispose of the property for the purpose of carrying out the project. As part of the projects, the following are planned: 1. Design work together with obtaining the necessary permits, execution of construction works related to the creation of the Cistercian applications description in accordance with the PFU, costs related to investor supervision, project promotion, 2. Design work with obtaining the necessary permits, execution of construction works related to the creation of recreational infrastructure in Pęciszewko, costs related to investor supervision, project promotion. The Applicant of the Municipality of Darłowo will be responsible for the implementation of the project and for the subsequent maintenance of the project’s sustainability. The project will be implemented without the elements of public aid, no economic activity will be carried out in the area of project implementation during the implementation and the sustainability of the project. Key milestones: — carry out the selection of the contractor in accordance with the PZP (the scope of works in accordance with the PFU), – preparation of technical documentation and obtaining permits, material implementation of the project, – maintenance of durability and achievement of planned project implementation indicators. Przedmiotem realizacji inwestycji będą projekty określone w GPR Gminy Darłowo pn. 1. Utworzenie wioski cysterskiej w miejscowości Bukowo Morskie wraz z poprawą infrastruktury towarzyszące, 2. Utworzenie infrastruktury rekreacyjnej w miejscowości Pęciszewko. Oba projekty będą realizowane w formie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. Wnioskodawca na dzień złożenia wniosku posiada prawo do dysponowania nieruchomością na cel realizacji projektu. W ramach projektów zaplanowano: 1. Prace projektowe wraz z uzyskaniem niezbędnych pozwoleń, wykonanie robót budowlanych związanych utworzeniem wnioski cysterskiej opis zgodny z PFU, koszty związane z nadzorem inwestorskim, promocja projektu, 2. Prace projektowe wraz z uzyskaniem niezbędnych pozwoleń, wykonanie robót budowlanych związanych z utworzeniem infrastruktury rekreacyjnej w miejscowości Pęciszewko, koszty związane z nadzorem inwestorskim, promocja projektu. Za wdrożenie projektu jak i późniejsze utrzymanie trwałości projektu będzie odpowiedzialny Wnioskodawca Gmina Darłowo. Projekt będzie realizowany bez znamion pomocy publicznej, na obszarze realizacji projektu w trakcie realizacji oraz trwałości projektu nie będzie prowadzona żadna działalność gospodarcza. Najważniejsze etapy: - przeprowadzenie wyboru wykonawcy zgodnie z PZP (zakres prac zgodny z PFU), - opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej i uzyskanie pozwoleń, realizacja rzeczowa projektu, - utrzymanie trwałości oraz osiągnięcie planowanych wskaźników realizacji projektu.
