It will be carried out entirely in the area of the spa area in zone “A”. The established public infrastructure will allow to take advantage of the specific advantages of the spa of Dąbka. After implementation, a new tourist product will be created using the potential of the area – a movement path as a device for spa treatment. This will contribute to the development of the region’s tourist offer, better conditions for the development of entrepreneurship among residents and companies from the region and the creation of new jobs. Project in “design and build” mode. The implementation of the project will be the responsibility of the staff of the Darłowo Municipality Office within the project team, which will be responsible for the stages of: award of a public contract, selection of documentation and works contractor, supervision of works, accounting for the project and maintenance of durability. Immediately after completion, the infrastructure will be fully functional and does not require additional action. The applicant will provide technical resources and staff to ensure a smooth investment process and the deployment of infrastructure after the end of the project. The applicant has full, professional technical facilities at its premises. The clearing is the responsibility of staff for EU funds and for investment, sourcing and settlement of aid funds. The applicant shall have staff who have experience in similar projects. The municipality’s budget will cover the costs of maintaining and operating the investment in subsequent years of sustainability and beyond. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekt obejmuje rozbiórkę istniejącego chodnika oraz starych elementów małej architektury, budowę nowej ścieżki ruchowej wraz z czterema przejściami oraz dojazdem pojazdów dostawczych na plażę, tarasów widokowych, parkingu, drogi, ciągów pieszych, pawilonów sanitarnych z wyposażeniem, street workout parku i małej architektury wzdłuż ciągów pieszych i przejść na plażę. W całości realizowany będzie na obszarze uzdrowiska w strefie "A". Powstała ogólnodostępna infrastruktura pozwoli wykorzystać specyficzne walory uzdrowiska Dąbki. Po realizacji powstanie nowy produkt turystyczny wykorzystujący potencjał obszaru – ścieżka ruchowa jako urządzenie lecznictwa uzdrowiskowego. Wpłynie to na rozwój oferty turystycznej regionu, lepsze warunki do rozwoju przedsiębiorczości wśród mieszkańców i firm z regionu oraz tworzenie nowych miejsc pracy. Projekt w trybie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. Za wdrażanie projektu odpowiedzialni będą pracownicy Urzędu Gminy Darłowo w ramach zespołu projektowego, który będzie odpowiadał za etapy: udzielenie zamówienia publicznego, wyłonienie wykonawcy dokumentacji i robót, nadzór nad pracami, rozliczanie projektu i utrzymanie trwałości. Bezpośrednio po zakończeniu realizacji powstała infrastruktura będzie w pełni funkcjonalna i nie wymaga dodatkowych działań. Wnioskodawca zapewni zasoby tech. i kadrę gwarantującą sprawny proces inwestycji i uruchomienie infrastruktury po zakończeniu projektu. Wnioskodawca posiada pełne, profesjonalne zaplecze techniczne w swojej siedzibie. Za rozliczenie odpowiedzialni są pracownicy na stanowiskach ds. funduszy unijnych oraz ds. inwestycji, pozyskiwania i rozliczania środków pomocowych. Wnioskodawca dysponuje kadrami, które mają doświadczenie w podobnych przedsięwzięciach. Budżet gminy pokryje koszty utrzymania i eksploatacji inwestycji w kolejnych latach trwałości i później.
