In the case of children, the result will be an increase in social competences and a reduction in risky behaviour.Participation in individual actions will be equally open to representatives of both sexes and to those experiencing different barriers (e.g. disability). The partners will endeavour to ensure that the forms of support proposed to participants do not perpetuate stereotypes about gender roles and obligations. All persons implementing the project and subcontractors will be informed about the need to respect the principles of equal opportunities and familiar with the pub. discussing the principles of equal implementation of the project.     Celem gł pr. jest reintegracja i aktywizacja społ.-zaw. oraz poprawa stanu zdrowia100 os.(50 K i 50 M), w tym 80 w wieku 18-67 lat oraz 20 niepełnoletnich, zagroż. ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ, zam.obszar m. Poznań oraz Czerwonaka w woj.wlkp. w okr IX.2019-VIII.2021.Działania:I. Aktywizacja społeczna i działania środowiskowe: kontrakt socjalny wraz z IŚR; opiekun mieszkańca, poradnictwo prawne, klub integracyjnyII Placówka wsparcia dziennego dla dzieci: kontrakt socjalny wraz z IŚR, spotkania z pedagogami ulicy, zajęcia animacyjne, współpraca z instytucjamiIII. Aktywizacja zawodowa: doradztwo zawodowe, staże, zatrudnienie socjalne, kursy zawodoweIV. Aktywizacja zdrowotna: psychoterapia, doradztwo psychologiczne, zajęcia sportoweDziałania przewidziane do realizacji zostały opisane w tab.3.4 i stanowią odpowiedź na przyczyny problemów określone w tab.3.5.2. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do wzrostu samodzielności UP, podniesienia ich motywacji do podejmowania zatrudnienia, podniesienia ich kompetencji/ kwalifikacji/ umiejętności, co sprawi że wzrośnie ich wartość jako pracowników. 40% uczestników weźmie udział w stażach i otrzyma z tego tytułu stypendium stażowe, 40% UP podniesie swoje kompetencje/ kwalifikacje zawodowe poprzez udział w szkoleniach, a 10% UP poprzez uczestnictwo w programie CIS. W przypadku dzieci rezultatem będzie wzrost kompetencji społecznych i zmniejszenie występowania zachowań ryzykownych.Udział w poszczególnych działaniach będzie w równej mierze otwarty dla przedstawicieli obu płci i dla osób doświadczających różnych barier (np. niepełnosprawność). Partnerzy dołożą starań aby proponowane uczestnikom formy wsparcia nie utrwalały stereotypów na temat ról i zaw. przypisanych płciom.
