Project documentation (building project) was prepared for the project and a building permit was obtained – Decision No B/230/2020 of 24 March 2020. For the project, the Building Conditions Decision No 3/2020 of 08.01.2020 and the conditions for connection to the ENERGA electricity grid – OPERATOR SA No P/19/024565 of 13 June 2019 were obtained. The applicant has published tender procedure for the selection of the contractor for construction works No 30058 of 06.04.2020. The applicant has the right to dispose of the property for construction purposes. The object of the project is the installation of photovoltaic modules on racks with a total capacity of 0,763 MW, together with the necessary technical infrastructure on the part of property No 151/2, the register area of Mścice, the municipality of Będzino. The entire investment will be located on plot No 151/2. The area on which the photovoltaic modules will be located will be up to 0.9915 ha. Additional buildings will be lightning masts, terrain lighting, CCTV installation, SN/nN transformer subscriber station, SN and nN cable lines, fence and other infrastructure. The panels will be placed on a dedicated support structure. In addition, a cable connection of SN 15 kV from the existing 15 kV overhead line to the planned subscriber transformer station will be made. The project will create an additional capacity to generate electricity from renewable sources of 0,763 MW. Electricity production from newly built RES installations in the amount of 820.58 MW/year will increase. Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa oraz montaż zespołu urządzeń fotowoltaicznych wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną na części dz. nr 151/2, obręb Mścice, gmina Będzino. Dla przedsięwzięcia sporządzono dokumentację projektową (projekt budowlany) i uzyskano pozwolenie na budowę – Decyzja nr B/230/2020 z dnia 24.03.2020r. Dla przedsięwzięcia uzyskano Decyzję o warunkach zabudowy nr 3/2020 z dnia 08.01.2020r. oraz Warunki przyłączenia do sieci elektroenergetycznej ENERGA – OPERATOR SA nr P/19/024565 z dnia 13.06.2019r. Wnioskodawca ogłosił postępowanie przetargowe na wybór Wykonawcy robót budowlanych nr 30058 z dnia 06.04.2020r. Wnioskodawca posiada prawo do dysponowania nieruchomością na cele budowlane. Przedmiotem projektu jest montaż modułów fotowoltaicznych na stelażach o łącznej mocy do 0,763 MW wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną na części nieruchomości nr 151/2, obręb ewidencyjny Mścice, gmina Będzino. Całość inwestycji zostanie zlokalizowana na działce nr 151/2. Powierzchnia, na której umiejscowione zostaną moduły fotowoltaiczne wyniesie do 0,9915 ha. Dodatkowymi zabudowaniami będą maszty odgromowe, oświetlenie terenu, instalacja CCTV, stacja abonencka transformatorowa SN/nN, linie kablowe SN i nN, ogrodzenie i inna infrastruktura. Panele posadowione będą na dedykowanej konstrukcji wsporczej. Ponadto wykonane zostanie przyłącze kablowe SN 15kV z istniejącej napowietrznej linii 15kV do projektowanej abonenckiej stacji transformatorowej. W ramach projektu powstanie dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii elektrycznej ze źródeł odnawialnych w wysokości 0,763 MW. Wzrośnie produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE w ilości 820,58 MW/rok. Dzięki czemu nastąpi szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych o 681,9 Mg/rok. (Polish)
