The object of the investment is the modernisation of the old street lighting into new, energy-efficient.Line poles on the modernised streets were 32 to 47 years old and were depleted, and their state of technology threatened road safety.Lighting of the old type, using mercury and sodium bulbs, is energy-intensive – a significant part of the energy consumed is converted into thermal energy, therefore, despite the high power of incandescent bulbs, which translates into high energy consumption, the lighting obtained is weaker than with the use of modern light sources with lower power. The realisation of the applied development is based on extensive control systems of the so-called LED matrix, equipment. with a temperature sensor and allowing to control the luminous flux and limit the power consumption preventing damage to the diode. The investment is located in Koszalin, within the district, district and road inner city. The replacement of lighting within the project is carried out on the following streets: H.Kołłątaja,O.Lange,T.Boya Żeleński,J.Kasprowicza,T.Kościuszki,J.Fłata,Green and M.J.Pilsudski.Part of the tasks are already completed, the part will be carried out in the years 2019-2023.The works were conducted and will be carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations and standards. The streets covered by the modernisation of the axles are located in a highly urbanised area, in Koszalin at a significant distance from the protected areas. The planned investment is the el. of a wider programme of modernisation of the luminous ul. in Koszalin. The increase in the number of luminous poles (higher number of lamps mounted than dismantled) is due to the change in the rules on the spacing of the luminous poles and the introduction of standards: —PN-EN 13201-2:2007 Road lighting-lighting requirements, -PN-EN 13201-2:2005 Road lighting, -PN-EN 60598-2-3: 2002 Lighting fixtures – Particular requirements – Road lighting fixtures. For each street, % of the modernisation will be 100 %. The lighting point system is described in the summary of the SW and in detail in paragraph. 1.2.1 and 1.2.2 feasibility study. (English)

Wzrost liczby słupów ośw.(wyższa liczba lamp montowanych niż demontowanych)wynika ze zmiany przepisów zakresie rozstawu słupów ośw. i wprowadzenia norm: -PN-EN 13201-2:2007 Oświetlenie dróg–wymagania oświetleniowe, -PN-EN 13201-2:2005 Oświetlenie dróg, -PN-EN 60598-2-3: 2002 Oprawy oświetleniowe – Wymagania szczegółowe –Oprawy oświetleniowe drogowe. W zakresie każdej z ulic % modernizacji wyniesie 100%. System punktów świetlnych został opisany w streszczeniu SW, a w sposób szczegółowy w pkt. 1.2.1 oraz 1.2.2 studium wykonalności. (Polish)
