The project concerns the UMiG building in Stepnica, located in Szczecin’s METROPOLITAL OBSAR. Project implemented within the ZIT SOM strategy. Planned tasks/expenditures: I.Preparation of project documentation 1.Preparation of the Feasibility Study 2.Preparation of the Application for co-financing of the project and the necessary annexes 3.Preparation of an ornithological/Chiropterological opinion II.Building works 4. Carrying out a deep, comprehensive energy modernisation of the UMiG building in Stepnica. III.Investor supervision of the project 5. Supervision of project IV.Promotion of the project 6.Promotion of the project Detailed scope of tasks and expenses of Mr. G of the Application. The link between the project and other completed/planned projects, including those financed by the Structural Funds, is shown in point B.11 of the proposal. Output indicators: 1. Number of energy-modified buildings [pcs] 8. The usable area of buildings which have undergone thermal renovation [m²] Detailed data on the output indicators are presented in p. E.1 of the application for funding. The UM building in Stepnica is protected by the monuments conservator, but it is not included in the voivodship register of monuments. The project contains an information element, as described in p. D.4 Promotion of the project. The project is stationary and will be implemented by Stepnica Municipality during the period: 05.08.2016 (start of work related to preparation of application documentation) – 30.09.2019 (financial completion after receipt in kind). Projekt polega na przeprowadzeniu głębokiej, kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku Urzędu Miasta i Gminy (UMiG) w Stepnicy, mającej na celu poprawę efektywności energetycznej (zmniejszona energochłonność) obiektu, podlegającego inwestycji, niosąc ze sobą zmniejszenie zużycia energii oraz efekt ekologiczny w postaci zmniejszenia emisji CO2 do atmosfery. Projekt dotyczy budynku UMiG w Stepnicy, położonej na terenie SZCZECIŃSKIEGO OBSZARU METROPOLITALNEGO. Projekt realizowany w ramach strategii ZIT SOM. Zaplanowane zadania/wydatki: I.Przygotowanie dokumentacji projektu 1.Sporządzenie Studium Wykonalności 2.Przygotowanie Wniosku o dofinansowanie projektu oraz niezbędnych załączników 3.Przygotowanie opinii ornitologicznej/ chiropterologicznej II.Prace budowlane 4. Przeprowadzenie głębokiej, kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku UMiG w Stepnicy.
