The aim of the project is to improve air quality in Gryfino by taking action to combat low emissions. The project provides for co-financing of investment projects consisting of the energy modernisation of single-family buildings together with the replacement of the heat source for less emissions or the implementation of connections to the district heating network (in the case of economic viability of the project). The project will cover real estate constituting individual households (single-family houses). The project will be stationary. The project will cover 20 single-family residential buildings heated by means of heat sources based on combustion, which will be replaced by modern ones, in accordance with the hierarchy defined by the MA in the competition documentation, and in the case of solid fuel heating devices they must comply with emission standards for ecodesign. Number of buildings to be fully thermomodernised: 15 pcs. Number of buildings for partial thermomodernisation: 5 pcs The basis for the qualification of the grantees will be energy audits carried out for the needs of the project in the field of energy modernisation. Applications are eligible for support if they obtain or assume an improvement in the energy efficiency of each residential building supported by EPH+W below 150 kWh/m² per year. The number of energy audits issued in the project is 40 pieces. The number of energy audits carried out may be higher than the applications accepted for the draft due to the possibility of non-compliance with the energy efficiency criterion. Then another request from the reserve list would be subject to an energy efficiency analysis. The project is expected to be financed by the ROP at 90 % and 10 % by the Municipality of Gryfino from its own resources. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Liczba budynków przewidziana do pełnej termomodernizacji: 15 szt. Liczba budynków przewidziana do częściowej termomodernizacji: 5 szt. Podstawą do kwalifikacji grantobiorców będą audyty energetyczne wykonane na potrzeby projektu z zakresu modernizacji energetycznej. Wnioski kwalifikują się do wsparcia jeżeli uzyskają lub zakładają poprawę efektywności energetycznej każdego budynku mieszkalnego objętego wsparciem EPH+W poniżej 150 kWh/m2 na rok.Planowana w projekcie liczba wydanych audytów energetycznych - 40 sztuk. (Polish)
