Projekt polega na modernizacji energetycznej budynku pływalni przy Zespole Szkół im. I. Łukasiewicza w Policach. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje prace modernizacyjne: modernizację instalacji c.o. i c.w.u., docieplenie stropodachu, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych (w tym ścian w gruncie), modernizację wentylacji mechanicznej, montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej, modernizację instalacji elektrycznej. Etapy projektu: 1.Przygotowanie dokumentacji projektu, w tym: studium wykonalności, audyt energetyczny, projekt budowlany, projekt wykonawczy, dokumentacja przetargowa, opinia ornitologiczna, 2.Modernizacja energetyczna budynku pływalni (II kw.2019 - III kw.2020)), 3. Usługi dotyczące kosztów zarządzania i nadzoru nad projektem (II kw.2019 - III kw.2020), 4.Promocja projektu: tablice informacyjno-promocyjne, bilbordy (III kw.2020).
