The main objective of the project is to increase the availability of social services in the period 01.08.2020 to 31.08.2021 by creating a community centre with 20 places in the Leipzig Tax Field, the district of Swietokrzyskie, Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship for min. 30 UP (18K/12M) – people at risk of poverty and social exclusion, including families and children (20 children,12K/8M), including support ON 1(1K/0M). Actions will be based on the individualisation of support by implementing individual support plans prepared for each child, including tailoring the support to the individual needs of children (e.g.: help in learning, organising children’s free time, developing children’s interests and talents, improving physical fitness, developing interpersonal skills) and developing children’s key competences, supporting specialists and institutions for carers and parents, including building trust in the institution and its staff, and adapting rooms and equipment of the common room. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności do usług społecznych w okresie 01.08.2020 do 31.08.2021 r. poprzez utworzenie świetlicy środowiskowej z 20 miejscami w Lipowym Polu Skarbowym, powiat skarżyski, woj. świętokrzyskie dla min. 30 UP (18K/12M)-osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym w tym rodzin i dzieci (20 dzieci,12K/8M),w tym wsparcie ON 1(1K/0M). Działania będą oparte na indywidualizacji wsparcia przez realizację indywidualnych planów wsparcia przygotowanych dla każdego dziecka, w tym dostosowanie wsparcia do indywidualnych potrzeb dzieci (m. in.: pomoc w nauce, organizowanie dzieciom czasu wolnego, rozwijanie zainteresowań i uzdolnień dzieci, poprawa sprawności fizycznej, rozwój umiejętności interpersonalnych) oraz rozwijanie kompetencji kluczowych dzieci, wsparcie specjalistów i instytucji dla opiekunów i rodziców, w tym zbudowanie zaufania do placówki i jej kadry oraz adaptacja pomieszczeń i wyposażenie świetlicy.
