Students of secondary schools from Silesian Voivodeship with special predispositions will be supported, with a special focus on people from part-spr. With financial support, which will be an additional motivation for learning, students will have the opportunity to develop their abilities and interests. The aim is also to develop a “lifelong learning” attitude among students. At the same time, students will be subject to the teaching of teaching or school educator. or a professional counsellor., with whom a civil-law contract for the provision of care will be concluded. Projekt będzie polegał na pomocy stypend. przyznawanej uczniom szczególnie uzdolnionym w zakresie przedmiotów matemat., jęz. obcych, inform. lub przyrod. Stypen. wypłacane będzie w oparciu o złożone przez uczniów wnioski o przyznanie stypendium wraz ze sporządzonym PRU określającym jego cele eduk. Wsparciem zostaną objęci uczniowie szkół ponadpodstawowych z terenu woj. śląskiego o szczególnych predyspozycjach ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem osób z niepełnospr. Dzięki wsparciu finans., które będzie dodatkowym elementem motywującym do nauki, uczniowie będą mieli możliwość rozwijania swoich zdolności oraz zainteresowań. Celem jest również kształtowanie wśród uczniów postawy „uczenia się przez całe życie”. Jednocześnie uczniowie podlegać będą opiece dydaktycznej naucz. lub pedagoga szkol. lub doradcy zawod., z którym będzie zawarta umowa cywilno-prawna na pełnienie opieki. Wobec tego nie istnieje podległość służbowa opiekunów oraz nie uczestniczą w procesie zarządzania. (Polish)
