Cel projektu: Podniesienie kompetencji / kwalifikacji pracowników firm sektora mikro, małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw z terenu województwa śląskiego, przekładające się na realizację ich celów rozwojowych; 2. Grupa docelowa: 1940 osób (1000 kobiet i 940 mężczyzn) spełniających status pracownika (m.in. umowa o pracę, właściciel firmy) w 820 firmach MSP 3. Zadania w projekcie: działania animacyjne zachęcające do udziału w projekcie, wsparcie finansowe – udzielanie dofinansowania na usługi rozwojowe, działania kontrolno-monitoringowe usług rozwojowych 4. Rezultaty projektu: 1552 pracowników (800 kobiet i 752 mężczyzn), którzy podnieśli kwalifkacje/kompetencje z 656 przedsiębiorstw, które przez to zrealizowały cele rozwojowe. 5.
