(9K ,3M) z obszarów objętych Lokalną strategią Rozwoju LGD “Brynica to nie granica” w okresie od 01.01.2021r.- 31.12.2021r. Projekt zakłada: 1. Stworzenie systemu wsparcia poprzez kompleksowe usługi opiekuńcze w zorganizowanym Hostelu wytchnieniowym dla 40 niesamodz. osób (26K, 14M). 2. Zapewnienie wsparcia 12 opiekunom faktycznym (9K3M) mające na celu poprawę ich sytuacji życiowej poprzez: wsparcie psychol.; wsparcie menegera opieki, zastąpienie opiekuna fakt. w opiece nad niesamodzielnym poprzez zapewnienie opieki wytchnieniowej w Hostelu.
