Celem głównym projektu jest kompleksowe i trwałe wyposażenie 20 uczniów Branżowej Szkoły nr 13 w Krupskim Młynie w umiejętności i kwalifikacje zawodowe, co przyczyni się do zwiększenia ich szans na zatrudnienie. Działania projektu ukierunkowane są na podniesienie umiejętności oraz uzyskiwanie kwalifikacji zawodowych przez uczniów i wzmacnianie ich zdolności do zatrudnienia (staże uczniowskie), ukształtowanie u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych niezbędnych na rynku pracy. Trwałą wartością projektu jest stworzenie w szkole warunków kształcenia zawodu odzwierciedlających naturalne warunki pracy. Skala działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem realizacji projektu przez szkołę (nakłady środków na ich realizację) nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu w stosunku do skali działań (nakładów) prowadzonych przez szkołę w okresie 12 miesięcy poprzedzających złożenie wniosku o dofinansowanie projektu (średniomiesięcznie) (Polish)
