Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost dostępności i jakości usług społecznych zapobiegających ubóstwu i wykluczeniu społecznemu na całym terenie objętym LSR Ziemia Pszczyńska - usługi dziennej opieki środowiskowej. Projekt obejmie osoby niesamodzielne powyżej 60 roku życia w tym osoby wykluczone lub zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym oraz ich otoczenie. Dla osób wykluczonych projekt zakłada opiekę higieniczną, pielęgnację zaleconą przez lekarza, pomoc psychologiczną i rehabilitacyjną. Dla otoczenia - budowanie sieci wsparcia, warsztaty dot. pielęgnacji, pomoc psychologiczną. Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych usługami społecznymi świadczonymi w interesie ogólnym wyniesie w programie 24 os. Liczba wspartych miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych wyniesie 6 szt. Okres realizacji: 1.09.2020 - 31.08.2021 r. Miejsce realizacji: cały obszar LSR czyli; powiat pszczyński (bez miasta Pszczyna), Bieruń, Bojszowy, Wyry, Orzesze, Ornontowice. (Polish)
