Participants will be included in the IPD project, through work or career advice. The traineeships will be covered by 35 people (21K, 14M). The subsidised employment in which 124 persons (74K, 50M) will be assigned to work as part of the intervention work, the equipment and the fitting out of a job providing 82 jobs for 82 people (49K, 33M). One-off measures will be granted for setting up a business for 71 people (42K, 29M), vocational training will be organised, individual and targeted for 10 people (6K, 4M).The recruitment process will be carried out in an open manner, in line with the equal opportunities policies of women and men. Recruitment will be open to all interested potential participants/participants. Recruitment to the project will also constitute recruitment for individual forms of support. The actions undertaken in the project will target the provision of quality services to the unemployed, including in particular the early identification of participants’/cheque needs and the diagnosis of opportunities for their professional development. The project will be in line with the relevant Community policies and rules (including: a policy of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and a concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation. The project will be in line with the Act on Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, with the Act of the Public Procurement Act and the De Minimis Act. In addition, the project will be implemented taking into account the recommendations of the evaluation study carried out by the RLO in Gdańsk “Quality, relevance and employment efficiency of the support of low-skilled people’s training activities in project activities of 6.1 OP HC in Zachor.”. Projekt skierowany jest do 322 osób bezrobotnych(192K,130M) zarejestr.w PUP Bytów (z wyłącz. osób przed ukończeniem 30 r.ż) z powiatu bytowskiego. Uczestnicy/czki zostaną objęci w projekcie IPD, pośrednictwem pracy lub doradztwem zawodowym. Stażami zostanie objętych 35 osób (21K,14M). Zatrudnienie subsydiowane w ramach którego 124 osoby (74K,50M) skierow.zostaną do pracy w ramach prac interwencyjnych, wyposażenie i doposażenie stanowiska pracy w ramach którego utworzone zostaną 82 stanowiska pracy dla 82 osób (49K,33M). Przyznane zostaną jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 71 osób (42K,29M), zorganizowane zostaną szkolenia zawodowe - indywidualne i grupowe na które skierowanych zostanie 10 osób (6K,4M).Proces rekrutacji zostanie przeprowadzony w sposób otwarty, zgodnie z polityką równych szans kobiet i mężczyzn. Rekrutacja będzie dostępna dla wszystkich zainteresowanych potencjalnych uczestników/czek. Rekrutacja do projektu stanowić będzie jednocześnie rekrutację na poszczególne formy wsparcia. Działania podejmowane w projekcie ukierunkowane będą na świadczenie wysokiej jakości usług na rzecz osób bezrobotnych, w tym zwłaszcza na wczesną identyfikację potrzeb uczestników/czek oraz diagnozowanie możliwości ich rozwoju zawodowego. Projekt będzie zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi (w tym: polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji i koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju) oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym oraz krajowym. Projekt będzie zgodny z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z ustawą PZP i pomocą de minimis. Ponadto projekt będzie realizowany z uwzględnieniem rekomendacji z badania ewaluacyjnego WUP w Gdańsku „Jakość, przydatność i efektywność zatrudnieniowa wsparcia osób o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych działaniami szkoleniowym w ramach projektów działania 6.1 PO KL w woj.pomor."
