The project is aimed at 126 unemployed persons (46K, 80M) registered at the Poviat Labour Office in Chojnice for which an aid profile within the meaning of Article 33 of the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions (excluding persons before the age of 30) was established. The aim of the project is to increase employment in people who are unemployed in the district of chojnicki. The main output of the project will be 125 persons (46K, 79M). The specific target group is the disabled and the long-term unemployed (detailed description in point G.2 of the proposal). In 2015, 126 persons will be assigned to the project (46K, 80M), including: — 8 disabled persons (4K, 4M); — 82 long-term unemployed (29K, 53M); — 86 low-skilled people (29K, 57M); — 18 persons over the age of 50 (4K, 14M); 46 women; 126 persons for whom an Individual Action Plan will be prepared (46K, 80M); 126 persons for whom the aid profile will be established (46K, 80M). The following activities are planned in the framework of the project: 1. diagnosis of project participants (IPDs), 2. of training, 3. one-off measures for setting up a business, 4. reimbursement of the cost of equipping or retro-equipping the project with an employment performance indicator for the target group of the project of at least 50 % — 48 persons (17K, 31M) — to be measured within three months of the participant leaving the project. The employment efficiency index will not include those who have received one-off economic resources. The project will take into account Community policies and principles (including equal opportunities and non-discrimination and the concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation. Projekt skierowany jest do 126 osób bezrobotnych (46K, 80M) zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Chojnicach, dla których został ustalony I lub II profil pomocy w rozumieniu art. 33 ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia). Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia ww osób pozostających bez pracy w powiecie chojnickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 125 osób (46K, 79M). Specyficzną grupę docelową stanowią osoby niepełnosprawne oraz długotrwale bezrobotne (szczegółowy opis w pkt G.2 wniosku). W 2015 roku do projektu skierowanych zostanie 126 osób (46K, 80M), w tym: - 8 osób niepełnosprawnych (4K,4M); - 82 osoby długotrwale bezrobotne (29K, 53M); - 86 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (29K, 57M); - 18 osób powyżej 50 roku życia (4K, 14M); - 46 kobiet; - 126 osób, dla których zostanie przygotowany Indywidualny Plan Działania (46K,80M); - 126 osób, dla których zostanie ustalony profil pomocy (46K, 80M). W ramach projektu zaplanowano następujące działania: 1. diagnoza uczestników projektu (IPD), 2. szkolenia, 3. jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, 4. refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy Projekt zakłada wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla grupy docelowej projektu na poziomie co najmniej 50% - 48 osób (17K, 31M) - mierzony będzie do trzech miesięcy od zakończenia przez uczestnika udziału w projekcie. We wskaźniku efektywności zatrudnieniowej nie zostaną uwzględnione osoby, które otrzymały jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. Projekt uwzględni polityki i zasady wspólnotowe (w tym politykę równych szans i niedyskryminacji i koncepcję zrównoważonego rozwoju) oraz prawodawstwo wspólnotowe i krajowe. (Polish)
